1. Application range 
The self-balancing high-pressure water pump is suitable for conveying clear water without solid particles, the temperature is lower than 80 °C or the liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, and is widely used in mines, factories and urban water supply and drainage projects, fire water, long-distance water transmission and other fields
2. Description of the structure 
The self-balancing high-pressure water pump is supported at both ends, the shell part is segmental, and the transmission mode of the pump is connected with the motor through the pin elastic coupling. Direction of rotation of the pump: From the drive end, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
1)    Stator section
Mainly by the suction section (water inlet section), the middle section, the discharge section (water outlet section), the guide vane, the secondary water inlet section, the packing box (tail cover) and the bearing body are connected by tension bolts respectively, from the coupling end, the pump suction inlet is the horizontal right direction, and the discharge outlet is vertical upward.
2)    Rotor section
It is mainly composed of shafts, impellers, throttle shaft components, bearings and bushings.
3)    Pump sealing
3.1 The static joint surface between the suction section (inlet section), middle section, discharge section (outlet section) and secondary inlet section of the pump is sealed with sealant or molybdenum disulfide.
3.2 Throttling seals are used between all levels of the pump.
3.3 The shaft seals on both sides of the pump are sealed with soft packing.
3.4 The water retaining ring is used to block water to prevent water from entering the bearing.
4)    Bearing part
The whole rotor of the self-balancing high-pressure water pump is supported by the cylindrical roller bearing "GB/T283-94" at the driving end, and the angular contact ball bearing "GB/T292-94" is used at the end, and the bearing is lubricated by CD30 or CD40 mechanical oil added to the bearing body to the center of the oil mirror. Because the bearing adopts "GB/T292-94" angular contact ball bearing, the assembled pump rotor has no axial channeling momentum.

4)    High reliability: the self-balancing high-pressure water pump basically cancels the axial force load generated during the operation of the pump through the self-balancing system, the wear and system interference of the rotor to the pump is reduced to very small, and a very small part of the residual axial force is also borne by the thrust bearing, so that the pump shaft is always in a tensile state, the stress state of the shaft is uniform, and the stress peak is greatly reduced compared with the prototype structure, so as to improve the rigidity and critical speed of the pump rotor, and significantly improve the stability and reliability of the pump rotor.
5)    High stability: The self-balancing high-pressure water pump can maintain extremely high stability and operation efficiency after long-term operation through the excellent combination of symmetrical impeller and guide vane, as well as reasonable matching gap and wide axial throttle design;
6)    Good cavitation performance: the self-balancing high-pressure water pump adopts optimized hydraulic model and structural design, special first-stage impeller double-suction structure, coupled with precision casting, and wear-resistant materials, so that the pump has good anti-cavitation performance, the whole machine runs smoothly, low noise, and the user does not need to configure the front pump or increase the height of the inlet tank;
