Description: This type of pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, and can also be used for agricultural drainage and irrigation and for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, and the temperature is not high 80 °C. Simple structure, reliable performance, small size, light weight, good anti-cavitation performance, low power consumption, easy to use and maintain. IS and IR pumps have wide versatility, with a total of 140 specifications in the whole series, but only four shafts are used; Shafts, bearings, and shaft seals of the same specification are interchangeable. 

Features:
1. IS single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is designed according to the performance and size specified in international standards and ISO2858, and is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve and suspension bearing components.
2. The pump body and pump cover part of the IS single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump are split from the back of the impeller, which is commonly referred to as the rear door structure form. Its advantage is that the maintenance is convenient, the pump body is not moved, the suction pipeline, the discharge pipeline and the motor are not moved, and the intermediate connection of the extension coupling is only removed, and the rotor part can be withdrawn for maintenance.
3. The shell of the pump (i.e., the pump body and the pump cover) constitute the studio of the pump. Impellers, shafts, and rolling bearings are the rotors of the pump. The suspension bearing components support the rotor part of the pump, and the rolling bearings are subjected to the radial and axial forces of the pump.
4. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pumps are equipped with sealing rings in front and behind the impeller, and balance holes are arranged on the back cover plate of the impeller.
5. The axial sealing ring of the pump is composed of packing gland, packing ring and packing to prevent air intake or a large amount of water leakage. If the impeller of the pump is balanced, the cavity equipped with soft packing is communicated with the impeller suction inlet, if the liquid at the impeller inlet is in a vacuum state, it is easy to enter air along the surface of the shaft sleeve, so the packing chamber is equipped with a packing ring through the small hole on the pump cover, and the pressure water in the pump chamber is led to the packing ring for sealing. If the impeller of the pump does not have a balance hole, because the liquid pressure on the back of the impeller is greater than the atmospheric pressure, there is no air leakage problem, so the packing ring can not be installed.
6. In order to avoid shaft wear, the shaft is protected by a shaft sleeve at the part where the shaft passes through the packing cavity. There is an O-ring between the sleeve and the shaft to prevent air ingress or water leakage along the mating surface.
7. The transmission mode of the pump is connected with the motor by the extended elastic coupling, and the rotation direction of the pump, from the drive end, rotates in a clockwise direction.
