Before a pump leaves our production facility, it undergoes a series of rigorous tests to ensure optimal performance and reliability:
- Material Testing: We verify chemical composition, mechanical properties, conduct non-destructive testing (NDT), and assess corrosion resistance to ensure material integrity.
- Hydrostatic Pressure Test: In compliance with GB5657-1995 (Class III) and GB5656-1994 (Class II) standards, we apply a test pressure of at least 1.3 and 1.5 times the design pressure, respectively, for a minimum of 10 minutes.
- Static and Dynamic Balance Tests: We perform static balance tests on rotor components, especially the impeller, to verify allowable mass imbalance. Additionally, dynamic balance tests are conducted on both the impeller and entire rotor assembly to ensure smooth operation.
- Hydraulic Performance Test: This tests the pump's flow rate, head, efficiency, shaft power, and NPSHr to guarantee hydraulic efficiency.
- Mechanical Performance Test: We evaluate vibration, noise, leakage, and temperature rise. Vibration and noise are tested according to GB/T29531-2013 and GB/T29529-2013 standards, respectively.
These rigorous tests ensure our pumps deliver exceptional performance and reliability.
