  • Dual Installation Versatility:Supports both vertical (upright) and horizontal (lying down) mounting. For horizontal installations, a dedicated mounting fixation module is provided to guarantee vibration-free, smooth operation.
  • Flexible Connection Options:Available in Flange, Pipe Thread, and Quick-Clamp interfaces to match various pipeline standards.
  • Premium Metallurgy (Material Classifications):
    • S Type (Stainless Steel):Crafted from AISI304, AISI316, or Duplex Stainless Steel (2205). Perfect for clean media, drinking water, and advanced water treatment systems.
    • C Type (Cast Iron):Features a cast iron casing for standard industrial clean water boosting. Offers maximum cost-efficiency for budget-conscious projects.
  • Heavy-Duty Motor Configurations:Equipped with fully enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motors, IP55 protection, and Class F insulation. Single-phase options range from 0.37 to 2.2kW, alongside wide-voltage three-phase options suitable for long-term, continuous heavy-duty cycles.
  • Axial Thrust Protection:An optionalThrust Balancing Device is available to drastically reduce axial forces exerted on the motor bearings, dramatically extending the equipment’s service life.

  • Fluid Compatibility:Suitable for pumping thin, clean, non-flammable, and non-explosive liquids that do not contain solid particles or fibers.
  • Wide Temperature Range:
    • Standard Temperature Version: -15to +70
    • Hot Water Version: -15to +120
  • Environmental Limits: Ambient temperature 40, altitude (Note: Oversized motor power configuration is required for higher temperatures or high-altitude operations).
  • Anti-Cavitation Guard:Fully integrated with NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) calculation parameters. A safety margin of 0.5m water head is pre-calculated to protect the pump casing from cavitation damage.
